Bryson Goodwin

President & CEO, Director, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Goodwin is a practised international executive with extensive experience in finance, sales, management, investor relations and operations with both private and public companies. His experience has demonstrated an operational, market and banking track record in the technology, biotechnology, oil/gas and resource sectors. Over the course of his career, he has fostered an extensive high-profile international association of contacts and close relationships through networking and proficient communication skills. He has been engaged by a number of resource, energy, clean tech and technology firms in the departments of finance, business development, public and investor relations, marketing, and sales. This has required extensive travel and flexibility in approach to business. Most recently he has held C-level executive positions in a banking and finance capacity. He joins the company with experience in the systems governing Canadian and U.S. stock exchanges, as well as public company management, predominantly in the resource and energy sectors. Mr. Goodwin also sits on the board of a number of public and private companies.

Brian Morrison, B.Comm

Chief Financial Officer, Director

Mr. Morrison has over 10 years of industry experience in the area of public company senior management. He was an active director and CFO of High North Resources, which is a Canadian oil and gas producer. He currently is a director of Redhill Resources who is active in the oil and gas sector. From January  2005 to May 2008, Mr. Morrison was an account manager with Computershare Investor Services. Mr. Morrison holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Northern British Columbia.

Dimitri Soudas


Mr. Soudas has developed a well-earned reputation as a top performer at the highest levels of government, the private sector and not for profit organisations. He is perhaps best known for his role as the chief spokesperson and Director of Communications to the Prime Minister of Canada where he served with distinction for a decade after fulfilling a number of roles there beginning in 2002. Following this challenging period, Mr. Soudas transitioned into the position of Executive Director (Communications) at the Canadian Olympic Committee. Mr. Soudas was then appointed as Executive Director/CEO of the Conservative Party of Canada, an organisation with more than 100 employees. In 2014, he entered the private sector, becoming the Senior Advisor to the President of Cavalia and the Managing Partner of Stampede Group. In his current roles at Cavalia and Stampede Group, Mr. Soudas’s expertise in the areas of management, business development, government and international relations has allowed him to develop successful strategic partnerships for clients in Canada, the United States, China, Europe the Middle East and India. This combined experience has led to several corporate and not-for-profit board appointments for Mr. Soudas such as chairing the Board of Directors of Merry Montreal.

Alexander Tsakumis


Mr. Tsakumis’ brings over 25 years’ experience in the junior mining arena. Prior to joining Letho, Mr. Tsakumis was the Vice President of Corporate Development at Timmins Gold Corp. for nine years, where he played a pivotal role in the development of the corporation from a junior exploration to a NYSE/TSE listed production company. He began his career in 1989 with the Barrington Group, representing advanced stage mining companies. He has experience in capital formation and management and growth of listed companies, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate communications. He is currently a director of Maxtech Ventures and Vice President of Corporate Development for Dolly Varden Silver, Barsele Minerals and Orex Minerals. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and resides in the Vancouver area.
